portrait photography

Growing up, I have fond memories of my sister and I huddled around the Quality Street tin where Mum and Dad kept our photos. Looking and smiling at the many stages of life we as a family have lived through. Still now, I have that same fascination every time I visit my parents' home, I am drawn back to those photos of our history together.

This scene is my true inspiration and the reason why it is important for me to help you as families or individuals to capture those special moments in your life.

About your portrait shoot:

I like for your experience to be as easy and carefree as possible, and I always love to hear your ideas! We can be as adventurous as you like, or as casual as you need to feel comfortable. You can picnic on a riverbank, walk up a heathery hill or sledge in the snow, but you can also stay in the snugly comfort of your own home.

We will have a chat before your session to get to know each other and decide on the details. My portrait shoots usually last a couple of hours. I can choose a location for you, or we can use a special place you share as a family. I often start the shoot at your home.

We'll meet again two weeks after the shoot so I can present your images in a digital slideshow and help you choose the display products that you like best.
